I spent most of the day trying to fit far more things into one suitcase than was really possible. In the end I had to resign myself to carrying a lot of it in my hand luggage and hoping against hope that they wouldn't weigh it at the the airport and force me to check it in.
I also met up with an old colleague/friend who had moved out to Tokyo when we were working together. It was quite a shock to the system, meeting someone from my 'real world' rather than the fantasy world I had been happily inhabiting for the past six days. He was really happy with his decision and fully settled in Japan... and I may have asked him to let me know if any jobs became available.
Then it was off to the venue again for the third and final show.

For the final night I had bought binoculars on the way to the show. I am so glad I did. The venue was so huge and watching on the screens is not nearly as satisfying as being able to watch directly. My seat was in the top section again but further back, which was actually better because it was more central so I could see the screen at the back of the stage as well as at the side.
It was wonderful to go two nights in a row. The time disappears so quickly that it's hard to believe that it happened. It is really unbelievable how one skinny boy can fill such a huge arena with his presence.
When I met up with the others after the show they asked me what I’d thought. I told them I’d thought it was the best one yet… they looked at me pityingly and told me that he had made mistakes in every single song! Apparently day one was far and away the best performance.
